At Better Day Therapy, we believe every young person deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or the lasting impact of trauma, therapy can help you find clarity, resilience, and hope for the future.
Beyond the therapy room, Brian is passionate about serving others. He believes in the power of small, consistent acts of kindness to create lasting impact and strives to put that belief into practice every day. When he’s not working with clients, Brian enjoys cycling, working out, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Outside the Office
I’m Brian Christopher, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Better Day Therapy. My passion for helping young people comes from personal experience—growing up with ADHD, trauma, and school challenges myself. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, misunderstood, and unsure how to move forward.
Through years of professional training and lived experience, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting adolescents, young adults, and families. My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space where clients feel valued and equipped to overcome life’s challenges.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight—it’s a process. You’ll have ongoing support as you practice new strategies, work through challenges, and celebrate progress. Each session builds on the last, helping you feel stronger, more grounded, and equipped to create better days ahead.
Together, we’ll create a therapy plan tailored to your needs. Using evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, we’ll focus on tools and strategies that help you regulate emotions, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
Your first step is a simple conversation. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or just feeling stuck—and discuss your goals for therapy. This is a safe space to share your story and decide if Better Day Therapy feels like the right fit.
